- It’s a service department which ensures administrative and organizational support of the district authority in fulfilling its tasks, particularly the ones it has been put in charge of by the law on the Capital City of Prague.
- Prepares and publishes internal regulations and other measures on work management and organization. Implements the district authority’s personnel policies and fulfils tasks in the field of official secrets protection, crisis planning, economic mobilization, population protection, work safety and fire safety.
